Services
Well Child Visits
Well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy, growing, and on track. These routine check-ups are also a great opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns with your child's pediatrician. We recommend scheduling appointments at the intervals listed below and calling our office at least three months in advance to secure a time that works best for your family.
Sick Child Visits
When your child isn't feeling well, prompt care makes all the difference. Our team is here to provide the timely attention your child needs to start feeling better. If you have concerns about your child's symptoms or would like to schedule a sick visit, simply give our office a call and we'll work with you to find the most appropriate next step based on your child's needs.
Telehealth
A telehealth or virtual visit allows your child to be seen by their regular pediatrician via video conference — no office trip required. It's a convenient option that keeps your child comfortable at home while still receiving care from a provider who knows their full history. Virtual visits are available for a range of concerns including pinkeye without fever (in children over two), seasonal allergies, constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, minor injuries, and behavioral or mental health concerns — including both initial evaluations and follow-up care. Please note that telehealth is not appropriate for all conditions, so give us a call if you're unsure whether a virtual visit is the right fit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Scheduling Appointments
To ensure every family receives timely, quality care, we ask that all visits be scheduled in advance. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we will do our best to fit you back into the schedule or connect you with another available provider. Out of respect for all of our patients, we may occasionally need to ask you to reschedule — we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
After Hours Care
Our pediatricians and clinicians are available after hours for urgent concerns — simply call our main office number and our answering service will connect you with the on-call provider. To help us reserve after-hours care for true emergencies, we ask that routine questions about mild illness, appointment scheduling, or prescription refills be saved for regular office hours. We also encourage you to explore our child health resources first when practical. Please note that a fee may apply for after-hours calls.
Emergencies
If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
