The providers and caregivers at this facility, truly take their time to invest in you as a patient and to listen to you. They were great with my four year-old, even taking the time to listen to his comments and answer his questions about some of the tools in the doctor’s office. I loved feeling like we had been well cared for and were seen as people and not just a number. I am so grateful.

I love this practice so much! Dr. Bunka, Dr. Dyk, Elise, Holly, Jordan—everyone at Kalamazoo Pediatrics is incredibly intentional, professional, and exhibit true CARE for my family. They are responsive and timely. My daughter finally has pediatricians and a care team that knows her and her healthy history—we’re not starting from scratch at every visit anymore!

Kalamazoo Pediatrics truly cares about their patients and families! The office staff are always so friendly and help accommodate our busy schedule. The nurses/MAs are so great with my baby. Dr Dyk (and Dr Bunka, too!) listens to our first-time-parent questions and takes the time to care for us as if we were family. Highly recommend!

What a great office. We love Dr. Bunka and all her staff are friendly, welcoming, supportive and helpful. We don’t feel like a patient ID number, we feel valued and heard. I am so glad to have my children here. I know she’ll provide great care to them and I can rest assured they are in good hands.

All staff was great from the moment we checked in and had to fill out paperwork to the second we seen the doctor. Dr Dyke is THE BEST!! He takes his time and makes sure that all are questions were answered. We do not feel like another number here!! They have a Dr on call 24/7 in case something after hours happens. I am so impressed with this office and so happy we made the switch. We have a 1 year old and I am currently pregnant. My husband and I couldn't feel more secure with the choice we've made. I absolutely love this practice so far! We made the switch after our 3 year old well child visit (September) for our oldest daughter, but hadn’t needed a visit prior to our newborn visit for my second daughter’s birth (January). Dr.Bunka rounded twice in the hospital post delivery and I was shocked she took the time to not only answer questions we had, but also helped to change her diaper at bedside since I had a challenging delivery and was very tired (no doctor I know does that at bedside!). She was also wonderful in clinic and included us in all decision making. The front desk was amazing and the scheduling was beyond flexible when we needed to move around our weight check secondary to me having post delivery complications and needing to add in an appointment for myself. I was so shocked when I was asked about my recovery as well as how I felt my daughter was doing. We are very happy with the switch so far and continue to be happy we will have providers that truly know us well and take the time to listen to our concerns/questions as parents . By far the best patient care I have experienced in a pediatricians office- highly recommend them already!

The whole staff is very professional and listens very well to our concerns. Im a FTM and had a couple of medical questions with our newborn during the holidays and the pediatric phone line was active and we were able to get medical advice right away.

This practice is the best!! Kind and empathetic, but also knowledgeable and attentive. All staff is amazing.

Dr Bunka has been a very integral part of our treatment and wellness plan of our special needs child. In the office and by phone this whole office has provided a level of care not really seen in the medical field today. We are beyond thankful

Office staff is very kind and efficient. We see Dr. Bunka and I can't say enough how wonderful of a doctor she is!! She truly cares and takes the time needed with every visit to address any concern I as a parent bring to the table.

Dr. Bunka provides the best care for our children. She’s always diligent and wants to ensure the kids are fully taken care of. I needed to schedule an appointment and I was able to get in same day. I appreciate the time she takes seeing us and answering questions. It never feels rushed.

We have been with Dr. Bunka since our first child was born, and both Dr. Bunka and Dr. Dyk have always been incredible. They have cared for all four of our children through everything from eczema and allergies to swallowed rocks and ruptured eardrums. They approach every situation with care and compassion. Kalamazoo Pediatrics is a cut above the rest. They truly care about the whole family. After each new baby, they ask how I am doing and show genuine concern, asking specific questions about our situation. As a family that finds ourselves at the doctor’s office fairly often, we are always greeted with a smile and they take the time to listen to our concerns. We’ve seen many doctors at other offices over the years, and none compare. The entire staff is amazing. Jordann, Elise, Sarah, Jennifer, and Holly consistently go above and beyond to make sure our family is well taken care of. We’d be lost without them!

Amazing! We recently switched to Kalamazoo Pediatrics and have been so happy we did! Both of my kids have gotten sick and they have gotten us in under 24hrs to be seen. Also was able to get my daughter back on her proper wellness visit schedule and we only had to wait a week for that appointment (mostly due to our work schedules). The doctors and staff are so kind! Generally do care about the kids too! Not just a number or a dollar sign here!

If you are looking for a pediatrician, truly look no further! Both the pediatricians here are absolutely AMAZING human beings & doctors who are more than willing to fight to make sure that your child gets the care he or she deserves. Dr. Dyk has been our pediatrician since before my first child was even born! He made time to sit down and patiently answer the many questions of a first-time mother long before he could bill me a dime for it, and always made time in his busy schedule for ANY patient or parent who needed him or just needed some of his wonderful advice. ☺️ After giving birth to my 2nd child at Bronson, Dr. Dyk was my first visitor the next morning, as I was lucky enough to catch him rounding that day. I was over the moon to find that he & Dr. Bunka had opened their own practice! I promise you, if you give them a try, you will NOT be disappointed!

Great experience! From initial call about sick child, to same day appointment. Check-in was quick and easy, nurse and doctor were great with my son. We scheduled his well child appointment before we left too! So grateful to have Dr. Dyk again!

Dr. Dyk is absolutely the best pediatrician, especially for children with special needs. We’ve been with him for over 10 years with our son, and I can honestly say he has been such a blessing to our family. He has such a gift for connecting with kids and making them feel comfortable and cared for. We are so thankful he’s back with Dr. Bunka in there own office with Kalamazoo Pediatrics—it feels like home again knowing our son and daughter are in the best hands.

Great and knowledgeable care, compassionate and respectful

Our son and daughter have had a great experience with Kalamazoo Pediatrics. No long wait times on the phone. No issues reaching someone with the after-hours hotline. There haven't been any wait times when visiting the office for an appointment. They still work with Bronson and other hospitals if you need to get a referral to a specialist. Good appointment availability, too.

I’m so very happy that they have opened and are accepting new patients. Dr Dyk is the most thorough physician and takes his time to explain everything. The front desk staff was very organized and pleasant!

The wait to get in was very short. The nurse and doctor were both very nice. They listened to and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They were very patient with my technology problems when I was finding a list of vaccines from our old provider 😆. I love that my appointments are not rushed. The staff was so friendly.

We followed Dr. Bunka to Kalamazoo Pediatrics. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at KP. Elise knows every client by name and the doctors are incredibly personal with the kiddos. It’s a parents job to advocate for their child and it’s so much easier when you feel heard and like the Doctor is in your corner.

So glad I made the switch from Bronson Family care to Kalamazoo Pediatrics. They are never pushy and they truly care, listen and give you the time you need vs you get 3 mins tops to talk with your doctor before they move to the next patient.
