The providers and caregivers at this facility, truly take their time to invest in you as a patient and to listen to you. They were great with my four year-old, even taking the time to listen to his comments and answer his questions about some of the tools in the doctor’s office. I loved feeling like we had been well cared for and were seen as people and not just a number. I am so grateful.

I love this practice so much! Dr. Bunka, Dr. Dyk, Elise, Holly, Jordan—everyone at Kalamazoo Pediatrics is incredibly intentional, professional, and exhibit true CARE for my family. They are responsive and timely. My daughter finally has pediatricians and a care team that knows her and her healthy history—we’re not starting from scratch at every visit anymore!

Kalamazoo Pediatrics truly cares about their patients and families! The office staff are always so friendly and help accommodate our busy schedule. The nurses/MAs are so great with my baby. Dr Dyk (and Dr Bunka, too!) listens to our first-time-parent questions and takes the time to care for us as if we were family. Highly recommend!

What a great office. We love Dr. Bunka and all her staff are friendly, welcoming, supportive and helpful. We don’t feel like a patient ID number, we feel valued and heard. I am so glad to have my children here. I know she’ll provide great care to them and I can rest assured they are in good hands.

All staff was great from the moment we checked in and had to fill out paperwork to the second we seen the doctor. Dr Dyke is THE BEST!! He takes his time and makes sure that all are questions were answered. We do not feel like another number here!! They have a Dr on call 24/7 in case something after hours happens. I am so impressed with this office and so happy we made the switch. We have a 1 year old and I am currently pregnant. My husband and I couldn't feel more secure with the choice we've made. I absolutely love this practice so far! We made the switch after our 3 year old well child visit (September) for our oldest daughter, but hadn’t needed a visit prior to our newborn visit for my second daughter’s birth (January). Dr.Bunka rounded twice in the hospital post delivery and I was shocked she took the time to not only answer questions we had, but also helped to change her diaper at bedside since I had a challenging delivery and was very tired (no doctor I know does that at bedside!). She was also wonderful in clinic and included us in all decision making. The front desk was amazing and the scheduling was beyond flexible when we needed to move around our weight check secondary to me having post delivery complications and needing to add in an appointment for myself. I was so shocked when I was asked about my recovery as well as how I felt my daughter was doing. We are very happy with the switch so far and continue to be happy we will have providers that truly know us well and take the time to listen to our concerns/questions as parents . By far the best patient care I have experienced in a pediatricians office- highly recommend them already!

The whole staff is very professional and listens very well to our concerns. Im a FTM and had a couple of medical questions with our newborn during the holidays and the pediatric phone line was active and we were able to get medical advice right away.

This practice is the best!! Kind and empathetic, but also knowledgeable and attentive. All staff is amazing.

Dr Bunka has been a very integral part of our treatment and wellness plan of our special needs child. In the office and by phone this whole office has provided a level of care not really seen in the medical field today. We are beyond thankful

It is wonderful to have found a doctor who is knowledgeable, collaborative, patient, and a great problem solver. Dr. Bunka’s office has always been able to get us in right away, and neither she nor her staff are ever rushed when we’re there.
